\r\n With the collaborators\u2019 well-being in mind, EPHOTO has taken several initiatives aimed at helping their professional lives, while improving their everyday reality.\nA training course on Soft Skills has recently been finalized; its subject was \u201ccommunication that nourishes\u201d. The participants spent part of their time performing shared communication \u2013 probably outside their comfort zone \u2013 striving to learn something new through the coach\u2019 given exercises and precious advice. <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/article>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n <\/div>\n\n
